	SHIPPING CHARGES and PERMITTED STATES: (Shipping rates vary based on destination and weight. For shipments within California, shipping charges generally run between $14 for a 3-bottle shipment to $26.50 for a full case. We ship via UPS unless otherwise arranged by you. At this time, we are only able to ship to certain states. We will notify you if you do not live in a reciprocal state.)

Wine Club Policy:
Membership in Cellar Master or Cellar Select Wine Club is ongoing. By initiating membership you agree to accept a minimum of two shipments. Wine, shipping fees and any applicable tax will be billed automatically to your credit card. Please notify us of any address changes prior to scheduled shipments in April and October. Benefits of wine club membership are outlined on our website at http://hauckcellars.com/hauckwineclubs.html

Our Refund/Return Policy: Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Hauck Cellars will pay all shipping costs.

Hauck Cellars will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to Hauck Cellars and all shipping costs will be covered by Hauck Cellars.
